Several of the staff that run the drive through are quite rude and condescending, one lady acted as if i was crazy just because i asked her for a form to replace a lost debit card. She didnt ask our names and acted like it was a big deal to get a piece of paper from her.
Now, today, during their NORMAL business hours, i cant seem to get anyone to answer the phone. They do have some great tellers that do what they can to help you, but i just dont think this bank is holding a very professional atmosphere. Considering changing banks.
